Terms of Service
// Draft · Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name] (“Perply”, “we”, “us”) about your use of perply.pro and any Perply services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
The Service
Perply provides information about cryptocurrency markets, such as prices, funding rates and price differences between exchanges, based on data that exchanges publish.
Perply is not an exchange or a broker. We don’t hold your money or crypto, and we don’t place trades for you.
Beta
The Service is in beta. It is unfinished: features may be missing, may change or may be removed, and the Service may be slow, unavailable or contain errors. We try not to lose data, but during the beta we may have to reset it.
The Service is free during the beta. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you before you are charged anything, and you will be able to choose whether to pay.
Invite-only access
For now, only invited people can create an account. We decide who gets an invitation, and we may stop accepting new accounts at any time.
If you sign in without an invitation, we add your email address to a waitlist. Being on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access.
Who can use Perply
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You may not use the Service where that is against the law that applies to you, including laws on cryptocurrency, or if sanctions laws prohibit us from providing it to you. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
Your account and signing in
You sign in with Google, with GitHub or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Once you are signed in, you can also link a Telegram or X account, where available, and use it to sign in. Perply has no passwords, so the security of your account depends on the security of your email and of every account you sign in with. Keep them secure.
- Use your own email address and your own Google, GitHub, Telegram and X accounts. Don’t link an account that isn’t yours. Add only Telegram bots and chats that you control.
- You can unlink a sign-in account at any time in Settings. Signing in with a code sent to your email address always stays available.
- One account per person. Don’t share your account or let anyone else use it.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us at support@perply.pro straight away.
- Never share your sign-in codes. We will never ask you for one.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own information and research, including your own trading decisions. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download data, or access the Service with bots or other automated tools, except through features or interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- copy, resell, redistribute or publish Perply’s data, give others access to it, or use it to build a competing product or dataset, without our written permission;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service, or get around rate limits, invitations or other restrictions;
- probe or scan the Service for weaknesses, break or bypass its security or sign-in, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including market manipulation, or to harass anyone;
- request sign-in codes for email addresses that aren’t yours, or upload or send anything harmful to the Service.
Reporting security problems
If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@perply.pro and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Don’t access other people’s data, disrupt the Service or keep any data you come across.
Market data is for information only
Perply collects market data from third-party exchanges and calculates figures from it, such as spreads, funding rates and volumes. This data can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong: exchanges change or stop their feeds, networks fail, and our own systems have errors. Calculated figures are estimates and may not match the prices you can actually trade at.
Always check prices and conditions on the exchange itself before you act. The exchange’s own data is what counts, not Perply’s.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the exchanges whose data we show. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Not financial advice
Nothing on Perply is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any exchange. Perply is not an investment adviser or a financial institution.
Trading cryptocurrency is risky. Prices move fast, exchanges can fail or freeze withdrawals, and price differences can disappear before you act. You can lose all the money you put in. Every decision you make is your own, and you are responsible for it. Get independent professional advice if you need it.
Our rights and yours
The Service, including its software, design, data compilations and the Perply name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Service. We don’t transfer any ownership to you.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
Other services
The Service relies on services run by others, such as Google, GitHub, Telegram and X for sign-in and cryptocurrency exchanges for data. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Perply at any time and delete your account in Settings → Profile, or ask us to delete it by writing to support@perply.pro. Deleting your account can’t be undone and also removes the invitation made for your email address.
We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access, if you break these terms, if we need to protect the Service, other users or ourselves, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service or end the beta. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. We may also end your session and ask you to sign in again at any time.
The parts of these terms that by their nature should last after your account ends, such as those on market data, advice, warranties, liability and governing law, continue to apply.
No warranty
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service or its data will be accurate, complete, timely, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Service or from relying on its data, even if we were told they might happen.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and [US$100].
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Your responsibility for misuse
If you break these terms or the law while using the Service and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may change, add or remove features, or stop the Service, at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
If a change to these terms is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction]. Disputes will be settled by the courts of [Court location], unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to use your local courts or requires its own law to apply.
Before starting a formal dispute, please write to us at support@perply.pro so that we can try to resolve it.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to someone who takes over the Service. If we translate these terms, the English version prevails.
